2. This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.

4. I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status in the United States.

Contributions to Mark Reed for Congress. will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the limits and prohibitions of federal law. The maximum an individual may contribute under federal law is $2,400 per election.

Federal Law requires Mark Reed for Congress to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.

Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
